Is the bottom, far rite mib just a common Peltier multi-color rainbo? (It has a light blue trans base with blue and yellow ribbons).

Tx. I don't "need" to have HTF or rare; just like to know stuff about pelts! I know I haven't been collecting nowhere near as long as you, but I do a lot of Pelt browsing and didn't think I had seen any others either. Strange. In actuality, to me, it is a rather non-descript mib. Almost like an unfinished MCR. And I still think near one of yours that I have only seen one other of.

Yep, I know the one you're thinking of. Mine has darker blue and yellow in a flip-flop color scheme. I have seen one other.
