Pendant?

We found about 50 coins, medals, ect in a box cleaning out a deceased relatives home. We have been able to identify many of them, the majority being Ottoman coins, a military order Ottoman medal. There is one in particular we are looking for now. I have know idea if it is a coin turned into a pendant, a piece of jewelry or a reproduction of an old coin. Anyone have any ideas?

I was thinking that too. It doesn't look to me like it was put in a mold. It looks more like someone carved the design into it. Thank you both for taking the time to respond!
