Could be from the 60's. In good condition, might be worth $10. Yours looks dug, not worth too much.

Agree with Mick56 on age. Quite a few examples of Penquin Super Lighters (Made in Japan) online, and the common date listed for them was the 50/60's. They were made with many different case patterns

Asking price was anywhere from $2 - $30+ depending on condition and appearance.
