Pentagram Arcangel Medallion

Hey guys, I found a medallion the other day which on one side has a picture of an Arcangel (San Miguel), and the other side has Levi's pentagram. I've searched around but can't seem to find any information on the two being paired up on a medallion. It appears to be hand crafted as well, not manufactured.
