Well! I finally tracked down the owner of the property where a small town used to be from the 1880's to about 1912. It is a ghost town now, the only evidence of the past is a concrete square that was once the bank's vault. I googled earth and you can actually see where the streets ran. But, sadly I was told that they didn't want anyone on the property. What a bummer!

Well; I also found out that the lady that I talked to is the owner, and she is 90+ yrs old. Also her son- inlaw is an attorney, and I've he is a real jerk. So I think my chances are pretty slim for the time being. Unless someone has any ideas.
