Petrified Wood?

I found this piece in my pasture some time ago and I'm not entirely sure what it is. I'm thinking petrified wood. I thought I'd post it and see what others thought.

Looks like an agate to me, possible a bog agate with rind of jasper, is it from south of the snake, and east side?

About 20 miles east of the Snake River. I have found a lot of brown and orange jasper, agate and flint but nothing else like this piece.

I would have a rock shop cut it in half , then you would know what it is . Good luck
