I found this in my old permission other day at first I thought it was a piece of bottom of the can and when I took it home and was cleaning out my pouches I noticed I had ornate designs on it cleaned it up and it looks like it's made out of pewter I'm guessing a teacup saucercan anybody help me out with this and see how old it is or if it is a teacup saucer thank you
