Looks like the same pattern as my 1830’s button... can’t help you as to what but I’d say your time frame is right

Whatever it is, it is cool! In addition to the "tree" in the first 2 photos, the rim has a uniform pattern. In the 3rd photo the other side of the rim has a small lip. Given that it is pewter, circular, and small, I wonder if it was part of a tea set, cooking vessel, etc. Maybe a bottle cap/stopper
