Philly police investigating big-wheel tricycle on busy road

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Philadelphia police say they're looking into cellphone video reports of a man riding a big-wheeled tricycle down one of the city's busiest boulevards.

Motorists tell WCAU-TV they saw the man pedaling down the middle of Roosevelt Boulevard on Sunday.

Now all he needs is turn signals, brake lights, headlight, and of course, anti-lock braking!!

Well,, we have Pedicabs that do happen to be 3 wheelers. Motorists hate them because they cause all sorts of traffic jams. The Taxi drivers hate them because they are picking up their fares. The politicians hate them because they don't play by the rules. The tourists hate them because they are a ripoff. I hate them because they voted for Hillary.
