Phlippines knife help

I'm looking for some help with this knife. I can't tell if it's a reproduction for tourists or genuine. Here are the pics, any help would be appreciated.

looks like homemade for tourist item with Phillipines and scrimshaw-like work on the blade. Possible for looks rather than use.
