Phunny Spider ?

I just came across this beast out in the garden ! I'm not sure if those are baby spiders on its back ? or spider eggs ? Or eggs from a predatory wasp ? Any ideas ?

It's called a wolf spider, and yes, it's baby spiders, just take a stick or somethin to disturb them, and watch them suckers go
