While running around today at work - hit 1 bank where they save halves for a CRH'r who buys them every week - no rolls but one teller had a tray with $4 worth. As she counted them I saw nothing but silver! 8 - 40% to start the day! Yahoo!
After meeting one, I hit bank 2: - 3 rolls, 2 total tape jobs - 1 40%.
Bank 3 on the way back to the office: - $200 in brown/white shotgun rolls - no expectations. While driving I picked out silver consistently! Then a great roll - 1 walker, 1 - 64, 2 - 40% and this sweet 1925 Stone Mountain comm. booger!
Nice Day!:

25 X 1, 39 X 1, 50 X 1, 64 X 4, 65 X 1, 66 X 4, 67 X 5, 68 X 6, 69 X 2.

LOL!

I can't imagine how much booger debris is on all those dirty coins we handle!
Wash your hands!

Nice find on the commemorative.I'm betting that's going into a coin album.

It sure is a keeper!

I may melt it down just to spite Don't Trip!

way 2 go playa! i been to stone mountain once, and that rock is pimp tight! makes mount rushmore look triflin'. stonewall jackson and da dirty south risin' 'gain! keep gankin 'em son!

Sure is an impressive rock sculpture.
I've been to both places and it is a lot more impressive than Rushmore.
I point it out to folks from the plane when I fly through Atlanta and most never knew it existed.
The coin was minted and sold to raise money for that carving. It wasn't finished until 1970.

Wow you really know how to pick em Tim! That'd make my month if that commemorative popped out of a roll for me. Keep rockin and rollin!

great finds; especially on that comm half.

my only comm half find was an '86 in January; the first year the comm halves didn't have ANY silver in them.

again, kudos.
