I got the fever I took this out for the 3rd day in a row and love it. this is my used craigslist Sharpshooter II paid 80 bucks included case and pinpointer. I just bought the fiskars scoop today. everything is like new.

But I would like to know the year it was made as I want to buy a coil cover and sellers of the cover want to know if pre 2008 or newer so if anyone can help it would be appreciated

Sounds like u got a good deal u like it & u will find stuff & thats all that matters grab urself a pouch to for finds & trash ull b alset. I know what u mean about the fever lol careful it can get expensive like all other hobbies aswell
