I see the Garrett Pro-Pointer AT Z-link. That will fix the problem . The Detector Pro pin pointer looks too much like a handgun and is not waterproof but it worked flawlessly with my old DFX in parks and dry sand. I have T.E. headphones. Getting a Henderson shorty, dive boots, weight belt mask and snorkel Mon. I'm gonna use the Gold program from Andy Sabisch's Equinox book which is a great one to have. Well written and loaded with easy to understand info on the detector and many tips from experienced users from around the globe. Anyone interested in detecting the Cape might be interested in the Sharktivity app for your iphone. The Cape is loaded with seals in some areas and many White sharks. The other day someone took a picture of a shark eating a seal 15 ft. from shore probably in 6 feet of water in Truro,MA. Almost all beaches on the Atlantic that are maintained by the US Park Dept. National Seashore are off limits to metal detecting anyway and the surf and undertow would make water detecting a challenge. There are many shark sightings in Cape Cod Bay as well. Don't watch the movie "Jaws" before you go water detecting

Maybe try doing a noise cancel on the Nox while the pin pointer is on and close to the coil. I haven't had too much cross talk with my TRX or Vibraprobe pin pointers, but, I do point the Nox's coil away from me when I'm using one of them, or, it definitely will cause interference.

Thanks cudamark I'll try that tomorrow. I'm not used to the double D coil yet. I have only used concentric coils that are on the DFX and the Dual Field P.I.
If Minelab could have an update to allow using a concentric coil from Minelab I'd jump on that. It's hard to teach an old(70) dog new tricks. I'll try the wiggle technique tomorrow see if that helps
