Pineapple upside-down biscuits

In a large muffin pan, spoon in one teaspoon of brown sugar, one tablespoon of crushed pineapple, a maraschino cherry, and plop one of those ready made biscuits on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

OOPS I forgot..... add one teaspoon of butter to the brown sugar too.... makes it carmelize....
