can't say I have a favorite. I like everything before The Final Cut
I stopped trying to listen to everything after The Wall.
I did listen to the final cut, liked what I heard, but it didn't grab me
like their former stuff.
"Dark side of the moon" got me to notice them and research
and purchase what all they had done. while doing this
" wish you were here" and " animals" came out and impressed me also.
"the wall" concert is the only one I got to see.
it was after that point I started losing respect for waters and Gilmore over their egos,
and all the rumors whether true or not just turned me off on all their separate works,
as in my mind Pink Floyd was no More thanks to Them
Waters & Gilmore were "Pink !"
but only when together with Mason & Wright
Gilmore had no Right to the Name. He replaced Barrett.
It's like someone New taking Mick Jaggers Place and Calling themselves the Rolling Stones While Jagger is still alive
still trying to find it. somewhere in the 70's I'd be out partying
and would come home 3am ish turn the tv on pbs and Pink Floyd
would be on. Probably During their Begging Times.
Would look and Sound something like the Atom Heart Mother Video above of a Live B&W
Concert .
there was a scene of pterodactyls in the sky while Gilmore was making his noises
with his mouth. I have never seen it on you tube or while I was sober/straight .
but doubt I hallucinated it . but
I suppose it's possible someone at pbs sliced the scenes in to make the show special
