pioneer 101 (tracker iv)

I might have a coil going out, and was wondering if a coil from another BH such as a 505 would work with it? I am upgrading and it comes with a standard coil and a small coil. Hoping to use the standard one if it will work, or does anyone know how much a standard coil runs?

One more question, how can I tell if it is going bad? When I bump it against the ground, sometimes the machines beeps. To me I am thinking loose connection, is this normal?

Called BH and they said that beeping is normal.

A common problem is a short in the battery connection , it would be a good idea to check, almost disassembled mine till I noticed that's all it was~

Jarocki i own 3 Bounty hunters Lone star, pioneer 202, tracker IV every one of them beeps when it bumps the ground, a stick, or root. I think it's normal. Good luck HH. GOD BLESS

Beep is normal mine dose it and most bounty hunter technetics ans fisher f2 and f4 coils fit
