Pipe or bone? And a rivet?

Found these today, obviously the metal detector didn’t find the piece marked with a T and an S but would still like some help identifying it. The white piece is the stem and very bottom of an early clay pipe. No idea of the other.

The T & S are the makers mark of the pipe maker.

The metal item might be something like a house ground wire clamp.

Thanks so much, do you have anymore information on the maker. I tried googling it but no Luck. Any help would be appreciated.
