I found this clay pipe in the river today! It looks like it says I D? Can anyone tell me how old it might be?

Late 18th to mid 19th century is my guess. Give or take. Great complete pipe!

I know that the diameter of the hole on the draw end can help you date it. The smaller the hole the older the pipe. Learned that from the master of colonial finds here on T-Net.
