I think it's for Halloween. He had a parrot perched up there but somebody stole it. We haven't found a replacement yet, but somebody can surely scrounge one up.

How funny! He's even got a wooden leg! That's a nice bronze, who is the artist? My guess would be maybe Shcinaberger(sp), or Bunn?

Let me do some research and I'll come up with it. It got run over by a truck once and the original artist fixed it up and replaced it. It is a good sculpture though.
