Hello All. Found this a few days ago at a 1910 homesite and at first thought it was trash. It is made of Al and looks like it would fit a child's finger. Maybe an old Cracker Jacks toy? Thanks for any info.

Your toy ring looks to be from the 1950-60's. Many of these gun rings were found in bubble gum vending machines; some in those plastic capsule containers.
These rings were given out as premiums, whether in cereal boxes or given out at the Saturday spaghetti western movies. One of the most collectible cereal premiums was a 1947 Lone Ranger gun ring. It actually made a spark when pulling back the hammer. Neat find :) Breezie
