Plated(?) Buffalo

So, pulled this one outta my last bag. I noticed the rim, could see my reflection in it, so figured a 2019, but when I got to it, was a bit surprised to see:



I doubt I'm lucky enough to have pulled a proof/BU/AU buff outta circulation, and the features seem a bit dulled to me. I figure this is either plated (weighs 5.08 grams) or maybe really polished?

Yeah, I got one like this once. It was a 1936, well-worn, but extremely high on the chrome look. Assuming someone nickel plated it. Probably making jewelry or something...
