1st - Please provide the URL so we can test the video.
2nd - If you are using a cellphone and using the outdated TN's Mobile Application - the provider stopped supporting it.
You might consider going with the latest and greatest version of Tapatalk.
3rd - If you are using a Desktop - what browser (i.e., FireFox, Chrome, etc.)? Did you try a different browser?

Yes I was not using Tapatalk now I am so it’s working I was using the old app
Every time I try to play video inside the app it kicks me out of the app is there anything I can do to fix that thank you
