I'd say it's not a British, piece because that would have the series of hallmarks. That pictorial mark doesn't ring a bell for me. Try scanning though all the info at this site. Online Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers' Marks I have a feeling it's an American made piece, but that's all
