🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Please help ID small metal

Hi there,

Can’t quite ID this one - feels like lead or pewter, diameter is less than 2 inches. The inner engraved part is inverted like a seal stamp; attaching the original view and the flipped image. “F & S Boston”? Thanks!

Both items look the same and my guess is it's/they are a mold but for what. If it was a bit larger, a glass/ceramic ash tray but seems to small...

Have yet to find F&S Boston on-line. I searched/looked through the 1875 Boston directory with the same outcome. However, I admit not very thoroughly.
