What country and type of area were these found? What metal are they made of?

These look a lot like currency bracelets.
Possibly African.
I don't know which country.

Do they all have the markings on them?

Eastern Serbia, well, i think that it is a bronze.
I found out ID for fibula, it is roman 4th-5th century AD.
For bracelets, i think that they are from Le Tene cultrure or Celtic maybe, not sure.
They all have markings but not in quite good condition

Thanks for the update. Glad you got an ID.
That Fibulae is neat.
Were the bracelets found with the fibulae?

What is your process for cleaning?

About 300m one from another, same area.
I need only to clean that black "rust", i am not sure yet how to do that, but i will not touch the patina.

It's a pity that the fibula is bent, maybe you can't see it in the picture, but on the other hand, I'm glad that it's whole, with the mechanism and needle.
