Please help ID!

Well, I went relic hunting along a local stream and came across these two interesting items. I have seen the one on the left many times, but this is larger then what I have normally found.

How about the snail type piece to the right?

Both appear to be internal casts, or steinkerns, of a straight cephalopod and of a coiled gastropod. In the Cincinnati Region, they would be Ordovician in age. Cincinnati is a terrific area to collect all sorts of invertebrate fossils!

Yes, it is very easy to find those cephalopods around here, I was just surprised to see how large this one was.
