Will someone please help in identifying these buttons, and what would their approximate age be.

What is the back mark? Breezie

What you have is Marine buttons. I can't tell you the age, but if you tell what is on the back someone may be able to tie down a date for you.

Well, it's definitely a Marine Corps. button, but date could range to immediately post-civil war through the 1920's, depending on the back mark.

A button backmark which says nothing but "Waterbury Button Co. Conn" (with a double-N) dates from 1900-to-1945.
