Found this brass? tag in my neighbors backyard. House supposedly built around 1900. Independence, MO. Right around the corner form the Harry Truman house. Have had many suggestions from Facebook & IG, but nothing to solve the question. I think its brass. Blank on the back. About 3/4" wide. ST. L. P. C. CO.

Identification Tag that was either placed on a Power Pole or a Junction Box! The "St. L. P." likely stand for St. Louis Power but not sure of the "C." before "Co." for Company!
