please help me find the origins of this spoon

The spoon looks very old and plain. It reads ALPACA next to that a circle with a stick figure holding and anchor and it I think it says HATOVIA under the figure this is all in the circle. Next to that it looks like a rose and then it says LA PRINCESA and under that NEPTUNO 121
Please help me determine the origins of this spoon! Any info would help. Don't even know if its silver

Made in Spain I think, Alpaca is Nickel Sliver, I can’t find any way to date it.
