Japanese. not sure of denomination, but I believe they are WW2 era (at least the bottom one is)

Thanks for the help. The WW2 reference made perfect sense as most of the collection was from that period and a few older. I haven't got a positive ID yet but I'm on track thanks to these replies.

upper right is Chinese it says china year 27 the other coin on left is Japanese 5 sen (yen) 1935
