I was metal detecting the other day. Found a jelly knife ladle. On the back it says; Imperial RO. 1804. I think the RO, stands for R.Oliver. I only found out a little about R.Oliver. Do to he is not on record hardly. Or am I wrong. The Imperial has to do with Napoleon. I think. Can anyone help me out with anything they know.



And also should I clean it up and how?
