MY small cables are displaced(don ask why very long story)
could someone with garret ace 150 send me pictures with his cables and instruction where they are PLEASE:sadsmiley::sadsmiley::sadsmiley::sadsmiley:

dang that's ugly. That for the coil or headphones ? May need to ship to Garrett

So sorry! I always mark the wires and take a picture prior to any disassembly! Cause I've "Been there Done that!
Best of luck!

Looks like they are still connected to me. One of the ugliest solder jobs I've ever seen but they are still soldered on the terminals.

im only 14 i m not a expewrt for soldering
this is the coil cable i dont want to mess with garret
i just want someone to help me

I would find someone near you that can take care of that for you.

i wouldent ask you on tnet if i had someone to do it

Maybe you could find a used working coil on E-Bay cheap.

I JUST WAMT SOMEONE TO POST A PIC OF HIS CABLES OF THE COIL ON THE ACE 150
NOT TO TELL ME TO BUY COILS OR TO SEND IT TO GARRETT

I don't think your going to have much luck in finding someone willing to strip back their coil wire to do that, you could try some alligator clips for quick hook up's and do air tests, don't know it would blow the box if it doesn't you could resolder them once determined the configuration.

silicon, unless the wire is broken, then solder and then silicon.

what silicon i just want a pic

You should send it to Garrett... ;)

Garrett doesn't discriminate because of age :)

Maybe the kid could send the coil to you and you could send it to Garrett explaining the damage was done by a Muskellunge in a fresh water hunt. :hello2:

Ok, but it'd be easier to just send it to Garrett... plus then you know it's fixed correctly

Plus why pay the extra postage?

Why not just ask Santa for a new one?
