Cool digs! The back side of the medallion is the sacred heart of Jesus and Immaculate heart of Mary.

The second item is definitely a bayonet scabbard tip.

Remind me where you are again so I can research the scabbard tip.

Agree with @DCMatt. Catholic 'twin hearts' for sure and it looks pretty old.

Difficult to say who the personages are on the other side without some better indication of at least some of the lettering. It could be Jesus in 'healing mode' or a Saint being blessed. If the latter, there are numerous possibilities but St Francis is frequently depicted that way.

Thank you. Good info. I am from Croatia and i was thinking it could be from a bayonet but it looks like it has been decorated so now I am thinking maybe otoman? What do you think?

The front of the religious medallion is likely "Our Lady of Mercy" who appeared to a farmer in Italy on March 18, 1536.

Use the term Bayonet Scabbard Chape instead of Scabbard Tip it'll extend your search results a bit.
