Pliers possible silver? Help with marks

Hello. I found these as part of A box lot at an auction a few years ago. I've never been able to find anything about them or the stamps. Hopefully someone will recognize the marks. Thanks, Tom

Show a picture of the whole item then maybe we can figure out what they are.Normal pliers probably wouldn't be Silver, but if they are some kind of utensil like nutcrackers it raises the possibility of them being Silver.Could be part of a serving set.I would think if Silver they would be marked as so.

Here is a pic of the pliers. I agree most wouldn't be silver but I've never seen a makers mark like these on a pair of pliers either...

surgical pliers, model 156 flat nose. made of surgical steel

That's them. Thank you. I've wondered about this for a few years now. I still don't understand why they put all of the stamps on them though. They seem to be sold in bulk mostly.
