It looks like one, but I am not sure that it is. I haven't seen any with an adjustment or hinge at the beginning of the arch like that one has .

is it solid or hollow? Almost looks like a car trunk lid hinge.

It's solid and very heavy , did some research on the property , it was farm land in the 1800's

I've never seen a plow with an adjustable chisel.
