Anyone ever heard of "Pocket Change family fun centers"? Found next to a 55 wheatie. Made of aluminum says "5 points" on the back.

Google shows that there was one in the Ross Park Mall at Washington, PA that was looking for a manager in 1989. Probably a chain of franchise operations - it will take a bit of research to find their headquarters and/or locations.
