I went to a gun show today but didn't find any guns. Found this pocket watch, paid $50 for it. I checked the serial number online and it was produced in 1891-1892. Made by American Waltham Watch Company. It says "Coin" on the inside so I assume it means coin silver. What do you guys think? Over paid or under paid?

I don't really have a clue as to value, but if it's in running order I would think that was a great buy

Nice pocket watch!! Not bad lookin for 122 years old. I'd imagine with the case being coin silver would have to be worth the price you paid. Here's a little more info on your pocket watch based on the serial number. HH http://www.nawcc-info.org/walthamdb/LookupSN.asp
Sorry bout that. Just punch in serial number for the info. I thought I had copied the page with the info.
