Point found a long time ago. HELP!!

My father-in-law has been curious about this point for some time now. It's the second from left on the top row. It was found in WV. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't think it's a "point" per se. It looks like either a Preform or a tip that was broken off of a bigger piece.
