I dug this Rosette in an old cellar hole. It has a picture of President Benjamen Harrison. The rosette in the condition that it is in is very rare. It would have been used in a political parade attached a belt of a horse and may have had a banner or ribbon of Red, White and Blue hanging from it.. The condition of this item in the ground since 1880's is extremely rare. The picture has started to curl as the rosette dried and the picture has gotten lighter in color but it is still in super shape. Thought you might enjoyed this one. Jim

Look's like the previous owner's were collector's also,keep diggin',gotta be more!!HH

The cellar hole was the only thing that indicated that a home was there. I think most all coins found were from the late 1800's. Found a string of 10 bells all broken away from the leather strap but all in the same hole. Foundations are cellar holes are great places to hunt. Jim

Nice find. I like to see the different types of relics. Old coins are great but after you find so many you become more interested in these types of finds. Very nice historic peice.

Ooooooh, that's a nice find. Congratulations.

I've found two rosesettes...One with a St. bernard and one with a star design. Yours is in great shape.

That's an awesome relic Hunter! Outstanding work!
