To me, it appears to be a novelty porcelain piece that the dealership might have given to Viola Dawson.
I'm thinking she most likely would've been an employee at Art Haack GMC-Buick. :icon_scratch:

Date wise, it looks to be from the 1960s - 70s.

Art Haack owned a Buick dealership that was known for it's catchy advertising. The piece was probably an employee gift.

Viola Dawson was such a loyal employee at Art Haack Buick. 35 yrs of getting his coffee, the endless bumps on the rump from ol' Art's hand.
She stayed with them she did, and when came the day of her retirement - well old Art got her this gift of appreciation he did.
She got home she took that gift, and put up on the mantle, sat back and looked at it, and thought he shouldn't have gone to all that trouble......

Man, your warped sense of humor just kills me buddy! :laughing7:
That's probably why we get along so well, we think along the same warped lines. :tongue3:

Arthur (Art) Haack owned the dealership from 1956 until his death in 1993 (1994?) and it was sold on to become Sinclair Buick-GMC in 1993
