Some kind of drain pipe.

I looks like a crimp flange for attaching a rubber hose to a hose barb. A smaller example would be the crimped ends of oxy/acetylene hoses.

All, found this possible brass plumbing piece or flange near the site of a former general store. There are no marks. The outside diameter for the large end is 1 3/8" and for the small end is 1 1/16". Any input on ID and/or approximate age is appreciated.

Scrap copper weight add's up . $$$$$$$
