Possible Cannon ball

I am hoping its a Cannon ball but I have my doubts. It weighs about 20 lbs its made of lead, and has the iron loop on the top

Interesting find ugotit22! Maybe it is a Ball and Chain for bad guys - or maybe used as a weight for a scale.

lead weight hooked to string. the weight of ball would close door or front gate, etc.
often mistook for a cannonball--sadly, not.
