Possible effigy (manitoba canada)

Found this peculiar rock today... I think the hole is a fossil of some type but the lines appear to be scratched on. Looks like a sun effigy or a medicine wheel. If u look closely there is a similar looking image but much smaller beside it.

Well, ya don't come across one of those every day! I actually see 2 small sun/star-bursts to the left. It'll be interesting to hear what the other guys have to say. Yak
