Possible Grinding Stone?

Thanks for any help you can provide. I've found arrowheads on my family's farm in South Carolina, but never anything like the attached until recently. I could be off on it possibly being a grinding stone, so I'd like some help from others with more knowledge... Thanks

Here they preferred a nice quartzite cobblestone cause most are already round and flat also very dense for its size
 

I’d call it one if I found it around here.
Could it be an Indian discoidal stone? I found one in Pigeon Forge TN. I pick it up off the ground because it looks unusual. Investigated and found they played a game kinda like horseshoes. Just a river rock shaped up for tossing.
 

I don't see any scrapes or signs of wear from being used in the pictures posted
 

Tough call going by the pictures, if you found it in a area where other obvious artifacts were found I would hang on to it.
 

On a grinding stones and Manos, look for paterns and evidence of wear.
Here’s an example that I found in CT.
