Got in about 4½ hours on my birthday. Had a good day!
The field is a possible homesite, so this could be interesting.

2 coins, on the left. One is worn smooth. The other is not yet ID'd. (tomorrows project, along with better pics)
2 buttons in the middle. One has decorations, perhaps a little more cleaning will make it give up it's secrets.

The far right is a rivet. (copper-alloy?)

Lice comb and a fragment of a lice comb. Anybody got an idea of age? (1800's?)

Congratulations...what a Happy Birthday Hunt you had! Good assortment of finds! You need to go back on this one, goodies maybe hiding!

Thanks guys. Gonna use the fine weather this afternoon and sneak out there again.

Happy BD.

Detecting on your BD is a must. Good luck in your next outing.

Well done on the BD hunt, hope you'll get an ID for the coinage.

Sadly not, quite worn, but there are a few pointers telling me it's probably 1600-1700's. The better pics, as promised.
