✅ SOLVED Possible Indian artifact?

I found this under an old oak tree in backyard, not too far from an ancient Indian trail. Is is something or just a strange rock? I'm in no real position to
say, but any input would be greatly appreciated.

It is just a rock and has no possibility of being an Indian artifact. There's still millions of Indian artifacts still out there to be found, so keep looking.

I am curious, what is it in any one of those rocks that would make you ask the question is this an artifact. I am new to this stuff. Trying to learn what to look for.
