Possible Military pin. Please help me ID.

[dwalsh2199]

Can anyone help me identify this enameled pin? It was found near a US collar disk a US great seal cuff button a US great seal coat button and a 29th Infantry regiment enameled pin. I can't seem to find anything about it.
Thanks,
David

You’re right that it’s a distinctive unit insignia: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/18th_Field_Artillery_Regiment

Thank you sir! That confirms it for me. A friend told me the same thing about an hour ago when I got home from work. I appreciate you!
