Figured I'd post the shard I found in the creek today since it's a little different but similar to ones I've found in the past
and for some of us who are looking for them this might help train your eyes on what to look for. Wish I could find as many projectile points as I do pottery shards, I would be a happy person that's for sure lol
The last pic I had to prop it up on a cobble so the curve would show good. This shard has a very pronounced curve so the pot might have not been as large as the others. Regarding the cobble: Pretty sure it's not a tool and it's broke, although it does have some plant fossils in it which are cool. I've got quite a few of them and planning a rock garden for them later on.
