✅ SOLVED Powder Horn?

Hello Forum,

A neighbor of mine showed this to me a little while ago, and we are uncertain as to what it is. My first thought was a powder horn. The fact that it is made of thin metal (probably tin) makes me wonder. I have seed metal metal flasks, but not metal horns. It came from Ireland, and had a latching cover on the larger end. Please take a look!
